Ingredients: Water, Alcohol 35%, Tahitian Vanilla Beans Extractives Net WT: 1 quart (946 ml), 8 fl.oz. (237 ml), 4 fl.oz. (118 ml) *Some cheaper extracts contain a lot of sugar or corn syrup and are often blended with extracts made from various other beans. *Double fold is simply double strength. Fold is a unit for extract regulated by FDA. *The alcohol (190 Proof Ethyl Alcohol) we use is synthetically manufactured from Ethylene (Synthetic Derived Ethanol). The Ethylene is NOT manufactured from grain, gluten, or corn.
