What extraordinary and beautiful service! Before I left the website, I received and email stating that my order had been sent. Soon after, and email arrived stating that the order was being processed. In an hour, I received and email stating that my order had been shipped!!! When I was not home to sign for the shipment, I found an email and hour and a half later... a personally written, kindly and concerned email from and employee of this company who was aware of the time the delivery was attempted and encouraging me to pick it up at the post office as soon as possible for the sake of the quality of the vanilla beans. I have never experienced the quality of service and caring that I experienced with this company. And I have shopped at stores that are very well known for their superior service and attention to detail! I cannot recommend this company highly enough. And did I mention the quality of their products??? Out of this world!!
