Return/Refund

You may return any unopened item for a refund or exchange - for any reason - within 30 days of receipt of your shipment (including gifts).

Returns will only be accepted for items purchased directly from NUI Enterprises.

E-mail us at customerservice@vanillafromtahiti.com with the following information:

1. Your Name
2. Description of item to be returned (order date, item name etc.)
3. Reason for return

After receiving the above information, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization number. This number must appear on the outside of the returned package.
