International Orders

There is a flat $35 fee shown for shipping when you order through the website. That amount is adjusted higher or lower depending on the weight of the actual order. If you prefer, you can email us for exact shipping fees on products before you order. International orders must be insured.

Orders shipped outside the United States are usually shipped by United States Postal Service.

Please realize that international shipping often takes longer than expected due to the customs agencies of various countries placing holds on incoming packages.  In our experience this can add from 1 to 3 weeks or even longer in some cases.  We insure all international orders, but at least 45 days must pass before we can make a claim and resend your order.  We also cannot replace your order if the customs department of your country decides to destroy your order.  Please contact your countries customs department to find out what their policies are on importing products on www.VanillaFromTahiti.com from the United States.
