Shipping All products are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail or UPS Ground within the United States. *UPS Ground doesn't go out on Saturday. We will use USPS Priority Mail for free shipping items. When the shipping charges are not calculated correctly (due to complexities of mail charges), adjustments may be made when the order ships. Please keep the latest invoice (email). In that case it might look your credit card (or bank) online activity shows multiple charges, but those will disappear soon except the correct charge, so please don't worry. That's how the credit card process works. In some cases we may not be able to ship to an address different from the one connected with the credit card used for payment. Insurance Policy: Due to the high value of our products, mail insurance will be added to all orders. This costs flat $0.80 (No additional charges for UPS as insurance is already included.) Please let us know if you don't receive your order within one week. International Orders There is a flat $30 fee shown for shipping when you order through the website. That amount is adjusted higher or lower depending on the weight of the actual order. If you prefer, you can email us for exact shipping fees on products before you order. Orders shipped outside the United States are usually shipped by United States Postal Service Global Priority Mail. Orders to Canada are shipped by USPS Global Priority Mail (less than 4lbs), USPS Global Express Mail (over 4lbs, insured), or UPS Standard To Canada ($20-$25 broker fee will be added to the final shipping cost for UPS Standard To Canada option). Return/Refund You may return any unopened item for a refund or exchange - for any reason - within 30 days of receipt of your shipment (including gifts).
