Tahiti Agricultural Show
This is the First Place award given by the Government of French Polynesia during the 2003 agricultural show in Tahiti. (Taken place every 4 years)
The fair gathered all farmers from entire French Polynesia in the agriculture field, including vanilla.
To get the award, different criteria had to be met:
- length of the beans
- rate of humidity of the beans
- nice perfume of the beans
- look of the beans (they had to be straight, no scars, not opened....)
